Customize your own set of 4 coasters!

Please read the instructions below carefully. By ordering this item, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the process.

Step 1: Purchase this item to reserve your custom order (one order available per month). This is what's included:

• 4 coasters with characters of your choice (from the Clownimals and Forest Friends collections – no custom orders for temporary collections like the Halloween one)
• Color customizations (more details below)

Step 2: Contact me by email, Instagram, or Facebook so I can send you a form (which you will need to complete as soon as possible, within a maximum of one week).

Very important: if you do not contact me and I have no way to reach you (meaning you did not leave your email address at checkout), I will have no choice but to cancel your order and issue a refund. I will wait one week for your message before processing a refund.

For each coaster, I will ask you:

• Which character you would like
• In which colors

It is not possible to choose exact fabrics; that is, I will not send photos of my fabrics for you to choose from everything I have. However, you can tell me the colors you would like with as much precision as you wish. For example:

• You could precisely choose the color of the background and elements of the coasters ("a Timmy the Mouse coaster on a dark blue background – but not navy blue – with a fuchsia hat and a chartreuse collar").
• You could vaguely choose colors and have a certain level of surprise ("I like the following colors and would like to see them in my coasters: green and orange, pink and turquoise, purple and yellow").
• If you really like surprises, you can describe a general inspiration to me (be aware that my interpretation might differ from yours, you must be comfortable with this – the more details I have, the better I can realize your vision).

Step 3: Please allow 4 to 8 weeks after submitting the form to receive your order. I may need to purchase fabric, especially if you had specific requests. This can slow down the process a bit.
