Return and Refund Policy

Every piece you see is designed and made with care by my own hands. Thank you for supporting handcrafted work. I am committed to offering you a transparent and personalized shopping experience.

1. My commitment. Every creation I offer is unique and handmade, with particular attention to detail. As a maker, I strive to ensure that each piece reaches you in perfect condition. My return policy is strict: returns are only accepted if the item you received is damaged.

2. The nature of the products. Please note that, as items are handmade, there may be slight natural variations that are not defects, but rather a testament to the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece. These variations do not constitute a valid reason for a return.

3. Accepted reasons for return. I will process a return only in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged.
The item has an obvious manufacturing or finishing defect on my part (e.g., faulty seam).

4. Refused reasons for return. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns motivated by a change of mind, an ordering error on your part, or the normal variations inherent to handmade production. No return will be processed without visual proof of the damage.

5. Return request. If you notice damage upon receipt, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. In order for me to review your request, I will need:
  • a detailed description of the issue
  • clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging (these photos are essential to determine whether the damage is due to shipping or manufacturing);
  • your order number.
6. Resolution. Once I have confirmed that the damage or defect is genuine:
  • I will cover the return shipping costs.
  • I will proceed, according to your preference, with either a replacement of the piece* or a full refund of your purchase.
*A replacement may not always be possible. As I work partly with recycled materials, it may be impossible for me to recreate a piece identical to the one you wish to replace.
